Meeting Performance Review


For those teams that have established processes for communication within an organization including executive team meetings, management meetings, staff and employee meetings, Performance Talks provides a review and evaluation of the existing process. Upon review the Performance Talks Facilitator will offer recommendations to increase the effectiveness and productivity of these processes. For organizations that are interested in building a Facilitation and Coaching culture, Performance Talks will help employees and managers create the processes and train them to use them effectively.

Participants in a Meeting Performance Review will:

  • Be observed by a Performance Talks Coach conducting meetings
  • Complete individual surveys designed by a Performance Talks Coach
  • Receive an evaluation of the existing meeting/communication process
  • Receive recommendations to improve or rebuild the meeting/communication process
  • Generate their own meeting & communication improvement ideas


  • Improved communication, facilitation and coaching processes
  • Greater participation and commitment to these processes
  • Greater organizational productivity and performance
